in Just 2 months I have been able to go from diabetic to pre diabetic. a1c dropped from 7.1 to 6 as of today. lost about 30 lbs doing intermittent fasting and not eating any sugar, bread, pasta etc. I thinking I will change my goal weight to 210 and then see where a1c is.y only concern is I not eating many calories because I find myself not really hungry. I need to figure out away tosolve this
