tiap minggu senam aerobik kalo pas dangdutan kenapa ya badan kaku banget kaya kanebo kering gak lentur kaya yg lain :D gimana ya caranya biar gak kaku kaku banget gitu biar bisa koreo atau joget gak kaku :D
