Feeling sore. Not sure if I did too much excercise.
Looked in the mirror.Some improvement shows there. Flatter abs, smaller hips, better posture.Still my bro makes fun of me that I look bad.
Checked the scale, also some tiny improvement there.
My bro said to lose 10 more kg at least. Maybe ...let's see.
btw practicing hatha yoga and wish to do it for at least 1 year from now on. I was never commited for long term movement, maybe this time I will not fail.
