Well the BP is still kinda high but they aren't going to switch me yet. I was told the reason they were worried though as I'm only 32 and my BP on the one day was 144/98 which is shockingly high for someone with very good BP on any other day!Today as I have been most other days I'm showing normal to pre-hypertension levels. So a bit of a relief but still I'm going to have to watch things and get to exercising again and Losing my goal pounds I feel will help a lot and bring thing right down. So kick in the but! Got to get back on here.
