Awww Suma Lea ur amazing the pair of you .... am just doing what I can baby steps it's the other stuff that's getting to me ..... as for a bad food week Lea mine mine isn't great weight stuck guess it's the stressful situation am in but people like u keep me going couldn't have done it without your support xxx
