today i rebounded better. my calories were still higher than i would like but i did legs and back today and completed most of it with modifications. still kicked my ass plus working out the day after drinking always makes me feel sick so by the end i was in no mood for ab ripper x but i am glad i rebounded today i feel better mentally, was starting to get down on myself
