@ivey: ga susah kok, gak perlu dimasak. Bahan yang perlu disiapkan - 70gr rolled oats/instant oats - 50gr susu uht cair - 50gr plain yoghurt - 1sdt madu Topping Bebas.. disini aku pakai mangga 50gr Estimate kalori: 350-400kcal Cara buat: 1. Mix bahan2 diatas 2. Masukkan kedalam wadah (harus ditutup) 3. Masukkan dalam kulkas 4. Diamkan semaleman / minimal 6 jam
