Shoulder press 4x-10reps 20lbs (first for me left me shaking afterwards) 🤙🏼burn
Rear step lunges- 4x-10reps 20lbs
Row/supine row 4x-10reps 20lbs (can’t take it no more 😵💫)
RDL 4x-10reps 20lbs oh yeah some legs burning 🥵 too.
And a side of 20 min abs and cardio legs 🦵
