Had a month off the wagon. but yesterday had a visit with my dietician who was lovely. I said "Month off" or something similar and she said "so what? It's not a race, it's real life and you've been dealing with stress."
Stood on her scales. "You want the good news or the bad news" "Bad first, please" "You have put on - but it's only 200g. Could you not have gone to the toilet before you came in!?!?!" "Damn I knew I should have worn my shorts!"
SO having dealt with the stress (a bit) and having asked for help with things that I don't need to be solely responsible for, this month should be a lot better.
ALSO last month I deliberately hid (or put where I wouldn't see) the book I was using to record my eating. I've "found" it now - and it's front and centre of wherever I'm sitting.
SO. Eating back in hand - Check Attitude adjusted - Check Water aerobics - done Long walk with friend's dog (poor thing!) - Check. Home made tomato soup for tea. :-D
