I have 7 kgs left to lose. Getting closer to goalweight.
What will happen when reaching the goalweight? Will I stop there or lose few more pounds?
I don't know, first let's get there then we see. But the last weightgoal will be 0 lovehandles :) (i get so many mean comments on those lovehandles)
I've added my today menu, maybe someone wish to get some inspiration. i didnt realise it was so low calorie because im feeling like I'm eating well. i dont know, add a salad/ a soup/ some rice or more fruit if youre not feeling full.
