Woke at 222.2, up 1.0 from yesterday. That’s actually pretty shocking based on the number of calories I ate yesterday! I’m happy about this. UPDATE: I never weighed again and I just ate a Chipotle burrito bowl with some of my low carb wraps. I'm pretty confident I've already hit my low for the day!
