Sept 1th, 2014..i try again. So today I was quite aware of everything that I put in my mouth but still made some poor choices. The chicken wings that I baked were fabulous but too many calories and fat even without deep frying. I also should have only had 1/2 cup of rice. I need to make more veggies and salads. Zumba was wonderful as usual...my second time back and i feel so good after. I think that I may join that gym. If I went to zumba three nights a week and then to use the machines on the ohter days...I would be in great shape before I knew it.
