Tried out another program. I liked some of the ideas but it’s too low calorie/low carb. It’s great to lose weight but if it’s too fast you aren’t losing just fat, you are also losing muscle.
I gained several lbs of muscle during COVID lockdown even with just home based workouts. Back to metabolism based eating again. Once your are educated you don’t stray too far regardless of all the siren songs of the fads!
Avoid the fake promises -if it sounds too good to be true, it is! Getting my updated metabolism test (indirect calorimetry) to adjust and update my macros! No waiting until January!
