@Ccandco - lol - I like your Mother's saying - and again this morning I had to get my own coffee - I think that in a former life I must have been a slave. That makes sense to me. 

Jergens, oh no, that can't be true. How wonderful that we can make our lives what we want them to be, even if it's just with the attitude we decide to have. Your comment was pretty funny. 😄 Most of our immediate family are single adults, so when they come to visit I like to serve them and cater to them, just for that reason. ❤ 

I like that a lot @Ccandco - I put that on my blackboard - It is much different when I call myself a Jackass - then if some other person dares to make that reference or comparison - especially before I manage to get my own coffee in the morning. I love your Grandmother's statement. (And everyone can agree but there is no need to be specific!)
