Well I’m happy that the scale says 113 I do not feel like it at all and I can’t see it at all. Just that skinny fat look and feeling. Losing weight alone is not enough and I need to go back to building muscle (even though I’m making excuses that work is getting in the way) versus only eating right. Because what’s the point of only losing weight (for me) …I’m losing weight but also losing a whole lot more too. The journey to consistency continues ….

I see this happens a lot. It’s good that you recognize it. A lot of time people only care what the scale says. They’ll be losing as much muscle as they do fat. So they become slimmer but soft. Their muscle to fat ratio stays the same or sometimes worse. Skinny fat, like you said. All it takes is 1 hour a day really. Find the time and flex 💪 good luck
