Good evening everyone! Today I did 5 miles at tempo pace on the treadmill, it's a bit cold still, but mainly I wanted to watch baseball while exercising. Bravo's won today, 2-0, making them first place in the NL East :P. Didn't eat a very healthy dinner, leftover pizza, but I guess it's not all bad as I needed to refuel pretty badly after that run. I'll end up doing core strength exercises along with dips and declined pushups tonight before going to bed. Have a great day all, and happy opening day!

Hey dude, I gotta question 4 ya, every tym I do biking with garmin it splits it into 2 laps for some reason, random. I don't have any auto laps set up. WHH?? Do u know anth about that? Great job on the run! Yay! I'm jealous! :) Oh.. I pigged out on a few pieces of pizza yesterday as well, don't tell anybody! :-x

Wow-a 5 mile tempo run is pretty cool. I still find those to be the hardest part of my 10k training. Increasing my pace is an uphill battle and I've noticed that the pace I did my last tempo run at will kill sometimes kill me the next time. But I'm still new to them so its probably just a matter of practice.

That's strange Kate, I'm honestly not sure why it's doing that. Gnat, we all have off days as runners and it's perfectly normal, you will probably have less of them once you get up in a lot of high mileage runs though.
