I did either 1 hour of treadmill or 1/2 hour Bosu and 1/2 hour treadmill Tues - Fri and Monday of this week. Not sure other than the monthly cycle and water weight why nothing dropped off and instead gained almost half a pound. Discouraging but I will keep pushing through.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
