Still about 10# to go ( in my mind). I’d made the decision during November to work at maintaining. Learning how to go out with Friends or enjoy Thanksgiving but not to end up making those months-long celebrations. Everyday has been different. Some days I’ve found my goals and habits easy to live with. Other days, I want to eat my emotions… happy or stressed, angry or grateful. Clearly, here is where further attention is needed. So I’ll keep focusing on maintaining within 2 pounds +/- through December.
Any hints, help, suggestions, tried & true for maintenance or emotional eating ??
