Tried to do shoulders and arms today with left over theraband from my shoulder surgery but stopped after 5 mins cause it was a waste. Wish I hadn't of broken my band on Monday. Payday can't come fast enough! wish I had been more motivated that I should have popped a different DVD in but really didn't feel it after the letdown
