Drinking 8 oz water before bed...new resolution!! Had a great day playing golf - walked the course - good company - great weather. Hard to see the leaves "turning" already tho! Decided I'd aim for a lower weight as I'm so close to goal that perhaps a new goal will give me the extra boost!!
