Good morning, Brenda, Spark, and CrystalJo! This is three pounds of ground beef, one pound of sausage, and two eggs. Stuff into green peppers and bake at 350 for about an hour and a half. Very simple and delicious. No breading needed to keep the meat together if you use the eggs.

This was a budget-stretching staple in my house when I was growing up. Still one of my all time favorites.

Me, too, TX! Can't go wrong with meatloaf! Peppers are a bonus!
