Amanda sptia: masih makan nasi 1 centong, siang dan malam. Paginya sarapan jus buah + pancake banana oat. Yg dihindari ga ada, cuma bnr2 batesin asupan yg mengandung tepung sama gula aja. Di aku 2 poin itu doang udah bikin diet berhasil.
