Starting over again!!! 1 hour on the treadmill yesterday. 1/2 hour BOSU and 20 minutes on the treadmill today.
Need to get rid of this weight and I believe exercise is my only hope.
No excuses!!
Trying Go Lean Shake with Fiber and Arbonne Essentials. 2 Cinculin, 2 Folic Acid, 2 Garcinia Cambogia. Try until next Wednesday to see if pounds fall off.
