Like almost everyone else I guess, most of the dinner items tonight were home made but I wasn’t about to try to figure it out. Just picked things that I thought were in the ballpark and went with it. Portion control served me well again and I will have a small piece of pie with whipped cream and then tomorrow just continue eating as usual . Pleasantly full, but not stuffed. Can’t tolerate that feeling. I was supposed to hike today but we ended up with crazy winds that nixed that plan
