Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I'm stuck. I can't lose weight no matter what I do. I'm drinkig plenty of water, sticking to 1500 calories a day. I swim at 5 am most mornings and go in the treadmill for 40 minutes at night. so frustrating. I'd appreciate any advice. Tia
