Hi guys! Today

I lost 10 pounds from where I started in July!

I’ve been trying to be careful about what I eat

and how much. I’m also trying to be more

active. When I was a teenager, I used to

detest gym class because I would be in

pain, but now I enjoy going to the gym with

my mom, it’s so much fun and invigorating
