Popped a 52 blood sugar in the middle of the night. Was dreaming about chocolate and fruit, woke up feeling drained and lifeless, and immediately poked my finger. 3/4 of a cup of raisin/M&M trail mix and one small grapefruit later I am at 73. Good enough to go back to bed.
Very, very interesting. Last 3 days I've had a lower carb/higher protein intake pattern. I'm betting that's got a lot to do with it. This'll teach me not to buy steaks on sale again and stock up.
