Vacation was excellent! I may not have been able to hit the gym but I did not EVER go off my diet and I walked approx 2 miles each day, including the billion stairs to my cottage. I know I spent at the minimum of 400 cals in exercise.

I also swam quite a bit, about 1 hour 3 days in a row...whatever that may burn.

Yay me :)

Holland is beautiful btw.
