Haven't tracked in 17 days and it's a slippery slope. Back to tracking. Does anyone have any hints on how to I can manage to drink more water? I'm not a water drinker (except when I'm golfing) - easier to reach for a cool 67 cal beer, especially when it's hot. Tips, anyone? Thnx!!

I am horrible about drinking water. I have found though if I keep a big glass ( i prefer tumbler with straw and at least 24oz)with a straw next to me I am more likely to drink it than if it is an open lid glass or have to go fill up one.. try flavoring it will fruit or citrus such as lemon, lime, orange, strawberry, watermelons or even cucumbers..
