I'm excited. I lost 1 lb, from my intermittent fast from yesterday. Tomorrow is a big day. Day 1 of a five day fat fast. Then I will feast/fast intermittently for the rest of the month. My last real fast was in June, so yesterday was a wake up call to the needed discipline. But losing the 1 lb is wonderful incentive to keeeeep going. :)

Good for you Deborah 1 down and 18 more to go. Today is day one of the fast, You are the best faster I have ever known. (Well Jesus fasted for 40 days) You can do it.

Thank you for the wonderful comments. I lost another 1.8 lbs today. I'm so excited. I hope I can keep the momentum going. I know it will slow down, but for now I am relishing it.
