Pies are so salty you're probably retaining water. It's unlikely that you have gained a kilo of fat from 1 pie don't stress!

If we all ate a pie we'd all gain weight, it's temporary. I always (after my diet hasn't been different), weigh in on a day before breakfast to show me a true result that way I know if it's retention or gain
