Completely disheartened after weighing in and going up 800g :'( I haven't gone over my RDI, and my calories burned have always been more than calories consumed.. dunno what I've done wrong :( my mom says it's cos of water retention due to being female and that time of the month coming up.. Just hope that's it.. Or maybe my exercise is building muscle too fast and I've gained because of that? Help.. any tips?
