i hope this lower weight sticks. i have been doing good staying within my rdi and walking. some days it has been too hot, or rainy. i'm worried about what i'm going to do when it's winter. i put my gym membership on hold until november. i found i preferred to walk than to do water aerobics. i guess i will go back to the pool when it's cold out.
i've not been that hungry, but i am still having cravings. last night it was for chocolate cake. i didn't eat anything but my meals because nothing could satisfy a cake craving besides cake. and i really wasn't hungry, i just wanted cake. so i resisted.
yesterday i took my walk and i really wasn't feeling it. i was going to stop half way, but i convinced myself to go on so i could reach starbucks. several times i had to tell myself that i was going to reward myself with starbucks. i don't get those sugary drinks, just coffee. i got to starbucks and they were closed because their water had been shut off. i was really disappointed then.

You are doing great. Every victory, no matter how small, is a victory none the less. Lower weight, resisting cake and a walk to Starbucks qualifies! Too bad Starbucks was closed, but next time they should be open!

You're making better decisions to live a healthier life and for that, you should be commended. That's what matters most. Cravings are fleeting and will come and go, but your resolve to be healthy can last a lifetime.
