35gram oat haluskan, 1telur, udang atau ayam secukupnya, daun bawang, wortel parut, tapioka minimal 30gram untuk 35 gram oat, campur semua jadi satu aduk2,, tambahin garam, bawang putih halus, penyedap dan ladaku...bulat2 terus rebus dulu sebentar lalu di kukus ... sudah deh
