Usually after you wake up from a good night sleep, use the bathroom 🚽 first and jump on the scale before you jump into the bath or shower. That way you haven’t consumed anything yet. It’s a true weight reading unless you’re constipated or have your period, then that’s another story. Lol but usually weighing the same time everyday is fine. A lot of people weigh after a workout. It’s totally up to you.

And don't weigh after a weekend. Lol. Give urself a few days to do damage control and recover.
