So a week of long hours at work, not logging food and pigging out at my my mum's birthday= 4 pounds weight loss, to be fair though I had so many people telling me to stop loosing weight and my wedding dress didn't fit right (lost too much weight), so now I'm going to loose this 4 pounds and just concentrate on keeping my weight stable at 10 stone :)
