Can’t believe I had the guts to even weigh myself on Friday 12/11 even though I found out I got my period.I’m so glad I did coz after weighing myself I lost 200g even though it’s not much but it’s something and it wasn’t a gain and I didn’t stay the same.I really was so negative when I stepped on the scale thinking the worst that I probably gained 2-3 kgs 🙈coz on 9/11 was my bday and I Over ate too much chocolates especially. I will be good for the next 4-5 days and im really hoping to reach my goal of 110kgs before or by End of November.
