awal bulan sdh bahagia diangka 73kg dgn tb 168cm. berharap akhir bln bs diangka 6. Tp ternyata faktanya beda. setelah 1 minggu makan berantakan tp masih dikalori harian. suka nyemil goreng2an dll. alhasil naik 1kg 1minggu mulai konsisten akhrny bs turun
