161.5! That's a new low. I've dropped 4.5 lb since the same tom as last month, in spite of Easter overeating, so I'm pretty happy.
The Zumba DVD is a lot of fun! I've only done the Beginner and 1/2 the Advanced. And yes, I'm sweating from head to toe. (I did it while holding 3 lb weights because otherwise I don't feel anything on the arms.)
Last night when I came home there were brownies there, and I only had a little crumb. :)
Slept 6 hours, no bags this morning, and drank @ 8 cups and 3 cups of iced tea.
