I have been bouncing around with my weight for awhile now, and have decided to set a new goal... Today's weight is 242.5 or 110 kg... My first goal is is to lose 22.5, or to be under 100 kg... In the past, I have competed with kettle bells( not the right spelling, but spell check is grumpy), and the lower my weight, the lower the reps I have to do... so this is my first weight loss goal.
