@aytini..harusnya diitung satu2..tp aw males 😂 Jdnya aq timbang parenya aja 150gram plus sambal matah 50gram..sekitar 110kkal 😁

@aku mau diet sehat..rasanya pahit 😂😂 Banyak orang ndak suka..tp kalo aq justru pahitnya itu yg nagih..aq sblm dimasak parenya di ksh garem sikit buat ngurangin getahnya..tar dia keluar air..airnya dibuang..nah br deh diolah
