OK. This is the last straw. I am not weighing myself again until TOM leaves. This bloating, yucky feeling seems so self defeating and yet I know I cannot do one thing to change it short of ripping out my uterus with a butcher knife...
I have stuck to my menus and feel good about that. An interesting thing to note, I have not had any cravings during TOMs little visit. Usually, I would've gone through several chocolate bars and a big bag of Lays or some other nice crunchy salt laden delicacy. That would be followed by a nice frosty diet soda so I could (of course), balance out my calories properly.
So I'll suck it up and weigh in a few days late and see what the damages are. I wonder how long it'll take me to get back on track where I was?
