was surprised I lost any weight today, as I had a cup of whole milk and a huge portion of fried rockfish. I knew it was too big, but I enjoyed every flake of the fish. besides it was a new recepy from the " The best if Gourmet 2005" the sauce I made contained sweet pickles, but tasted way better than the best store made. will save the recepies and the weight will go down eventually.
