I'm so tired of working nights. It seems like all of my weight struggles began when I started this job. Plus, I keep reading all of these studies that basically say that working nights leads to weight gain and cancer ect. I clicked on a story on MSN yesterday that gave tips for losing weight..."make sure your bedroom is pitch dark, it helps...blah blah blah." I sleep during the day in a bedroom with 8 windows and a skylight. The more you sleep the easier it is to lose weight. If I'm lucky (between the cars driving by, construction work, phone calls, ect.) I might get 6 hours a day. UGH, but I am stuck, and even if I make great money, it doesn't seem worth it anymore. BUT, have to pay the bills.
