OKAY! I don't know what is going on with me but these past couple of days I have been hungry as H*LL! Maybe it's that 'time' again. The 'time' needs to go on and pass through. And they need to stop bringing in food at my job. OMG! I have no will power this week. If I can be at least 1 lb down I'll be happy.

have you tried eating small meals every 3 hours or so? i used to have a protein bar and lots of water in between meals and it helped. now i'm pretty much eating real food. let me know what works for you. :)

Yeah the eating every 3 or so hours is amazing, it's easy to say no to food because, a scheduled meal is just around the corner.
