I can't believe I am at 217. The 7 is a first for quite a while. This weight management is such a learning experience. There is so much I have been doing wrong that has kept me fat...like not eating enough of nutrient rich foods and eating often when I am very active, getting enough fiber and protein ... and there is much more to learn. I am grateful to all my support from so many sources. My faith in Jesus has kept me trying even when I couldn't see progress. Whoever sees this post I pray Jesus will sustain you regardless of where you are at to keep TRYING. DON'T GIVE UP!
