App youtube se dekh le or apni pasand k mutabiq diet chart bana lain or es pe strict rhain.. high protine low carb diet lain. ..or 1200 to 1500 kcal me rahin

Fruits me papaya apple guava... boiled eggs , shami kabab, cucumbers, bbq , fish , oats meal, smoothi brun bread black and white chana. .. en me se jb jo available howa wo le lia... and white suger refined salt white atta white rice sb skip kr diya... oil pora din me 3Tsp use krti hu khane me.. salt me pink salt use krti hu

Ap ye sb portion control k sath lain after 30 mint of meal green tea.. and 2 To 3 ltr water... after diner 30 Mint walk.
