I'm in my 2nd week (I Think) of OWL! Last week I added almonds,this week I added strawberrys....I think I died and went to heaven. I'm so happy to have fruit back....Weighed in yesterday afraid of what the nuts might have done and to my suprise I had lost 6 pounds. Atkin's I gotta say if you follow this diet correctly YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!!!! Thanks for all the support I'm getting on Fatsecret from everyone...God Bless!!!
