Thanks everyone! This meal was created with "what I had in the fridge/freezer". 😊 My cooking used to be more basic except for a few recipes. My weight loss journey....and I think Covid quarantine...spurred me on to get more creative. I started thinking about ways to lower calories but add flavor. Experimenting with different spices & ingredients became fun. It has also been fun to share my creations with all of you. I've been an amateur photographer for awhile. I started working on presentation to make sure whatever I cook looks more appetizing.
