Katanya klo suka main ama besi pst ndk lentur,
di aku msh oke2 aj, intinya smuanya harus balance, olahraga yg aku lakukn, yoga 2 x sminggu, fitness 6 x sminggu, tidur ckup, makan sehat, maintenance kal, trkdag def kal, intinya konsisten & jgn lupa bahagia
